Set along the legendary Back of the Dragon, the RT16 Rally & Music Festival is a high-energy Appalachian weekend where music, motorsports, and road culture come alive. Riders, drivers, and travelers from across the region gather in the heart of Tazewell, Virginia to celebrate the spirit of the open road—through live music, adrenaline-fueled action, and authentic mountain culture.

Cavitt’s Creek Park Camping
Cavitt’s Creek is the center piece of the Tazewell County Parks and Rec offerings. For the OTR at the BOTD event, the park offers primitive, full hook-up RV camping, and boondock RV camping as well as numerous bath houses, picnic shelters, paddle boats, and great fishing.

Tazewell Fairgrounds
Typically home to the Tazewell County Fair, for the OTR at the BOTD event, the Fairgrounds will offer primitive camping, full RV hook up camping and boondocks RV camping.
